Our technology team is led by Tanyalynnette Palmo, who prior to joining G4 as a partner, was the BigFix Director of Engineering for the Northeast and Mid Atlantic regions. In addition, “TL” has more than 15 years of experience in information technology, enterprise security and operations management. She has worked for numerous local, state and federal agencies, converting legacy technologies, improving IT efficiencies, process design and systems architecture.  Pervious to G4 and BigFix, Mrs. Palmo has also worked for such companies as ABC, Knight-Ridder and Lexus-Nexus. Tanyalynnette holds numerous technical certifications and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional. She is an industry expert in IT-related environmental sustainability and was involved in the NYSERDA Desktop Energy Reduction Study for the State of New York.

Dave is a graduate of St Lawrence University , 82.  Started out in the technology industry working as a sales person in the Business Forms Division of Burroughs Corporation.  In 84 changed carrier paths and moved into commercial telecommunications, working as a sales representative for Tel Plus Communications. In 1991 left Siemens/  Tel Plus and founded own telecommunications firm, Adirondack Business Systems, Inc., that provided  and supported commercial on premise  telephone systems and their associated peripherals.  Took ABS from from one employee and zero customers to a 42 person firm with 2,400 commercial customers and 6.1 mil in annual revenues over next 14 years.  In 2005 sold ABS to Carousel Industries of North America, and for next for years served as part of an 11 person executive team, titled as GM .  Assisted and managed the growth of this firm from 38 mil/yr  to 147 mil / yr ( for YE 2008).  In summer of 09, left Carousel to become a founding partner of G4 Technology Partners, a division of  NextRidge, Inc.  (40 mil YE2008), currently serving as the division’s president.
